New membership orientation consists of a tour of the club, explanation of benefits offered at PEAK, an introduction to proper nutritional balancing, and setting up your one-on-one training sessions with a fitness coach. The training sessions are to provide a new member with the knowledge of equipment, to help set up workout regimens, and to help that member feel comfortable in our club.
